The villa is located within a 2-minute walk from the three most popular beaches of Skiathos. Koukounaries, Ambelakia and Banana Beach.
It is right within the five-star hotel Elivi and has a magnificent view of the green Pine trees, the Lake of Koukounaries and the beautiful sea. It has a private swimming pool, an outdoor BBQ area and a beautiful organic garden with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Located on a hill side it offers views to Koukounaries bay, its unbelievable blue waters and green mountains of Evia in the distance. The gardens and the pool offer a private oasis, where everybody can relax, sunbath, swim and read for endless hours.
The main villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 people comfortably. There is an atmospheric kitchen, fully equipped, and a spacious living room with a fire place.
Next to the villa is another house, with a living area, 4 bedrooms (2 of them are located on a loft) and 2 bathrooms. In this house another 8 people can sleep.

The Villa offers change of sheets and cleaning every 2-3 days.
If you wish to inquire daily cleaning service, it is possible with a fee of 10 euro/hour.

Skiathos has many beautiful beaches that you can reach only by boat. We offer you the opportunity to rent your private speed boat with a captain and visit those fantastic places!
There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the villa and the super market is approximately 10 minutes walking distance & also offers a free delivery service to the villa.
The public bus is a 3 minute walk from the villa which is very convenient. It runs every half hour, daily, and can easily take you to the town of Skiathos or around other beaches of the island.
The town also offers a large selection of Restaurants, Bars & Nightclubs.
The villa is located almost within the complex of Elivi Hotel and therefore the guests of the villa can enjoy the five star hotel restaurants and pool bars as well as massage therapies and spa.
Private massage therapies can also be booked in the villa, upon request, as well as personal training classes, yoga, pilates and aqua aerobics.
Koukounaries beach, the most popular beach of the island, perfect for families, is located only 3 minutes walking distance from the villa.
In Koukounaries, adults and kids can enjoy many water sports such as Water skiing, Wake boarding, Jet skiing, Scuba diving, Paddle boarding, Tube or Banana Riding, Parasailing and various beach games.
